Carbondale Football Becomes Postseason Eligible for First Time Since 2013

CARBONDALE — The Carbondale Terriers football team is eligible for the playoffs for the first time since 2013. With a win over Althoff Friday, the Terriers will clinch a postseason spot and secure the program’s best record since 2004.

Bryan Lee has led the rebuild of Carbondale football since 2015. He says the win Friday was a huge moment for the program and for his players.

If the Terriers make it back to week 10 this year, they will be looking for the program’s first playoff win since 1992.
