CARBONDALE — The Carbondale Terriers football team is still eyeing a South Seven crown as we hit week seven of the high school football season. Even with their loss to Cahokia two weeks ago, the Terriers are still in a prime position to grab a share of the conference title.
This week, the Terriers face an Althoff team that has found their stride in conference play. And Carbondale coach Bryan Lee says there’s a lot of work to do, but there’s a lot the Terriers are playing for.
After Althoff tonight, the Terriers will host Marion in what could decide the conference championship next Friday.
