Goals are High and Competition is Tough for Carlyle Volleyball Squad in 2019

CARLYLE — The Carlyle Lady Indians volleyball squad are looking to build on a run to the sectional championship in 2018. Carlyle is looking to replace just three seniors from the squad that fell to the Nashville Hornettes in the sectional final.

Carlyle volleyball coach Loni Smith says they play the toughest competition to prepare their girls, with plenty of those battles in the Cahokia Conference.

Carlyle will start the season with a pair of road trips. They’ll open in New Athens on August 27th, and they’ll travel to Altamont on August 29th.
