Nashville Baseball Not Looking Past Anyone in Do-or-Die Postseason Starting Today

NASHVILLE — Even after a late start for some players because of Nashville’s basketball run in March, the Hornets baseball team finished the regular season with a 26-5 record and earned the top seed in the Red Bud regional in Class 2A.

But Nashville baseball coach Chad Malawy has been around the game for many years. He says anything is possible in a do-or-die postseason.

Nashville faces Chester this afternoon in Red Bud. If they win, they’ll face the winner of Benton and host Red Bud in the regional championship on Saturday.
